Happy Friday all!! What a crazy week it has been. I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I just need to power through until the end of the month and I think my life may calm down a bit. Famous last words, right! Any who, I digress… On with why you’re here, the food!
This week I’m featuring 20 minute turkey chili. This recipe is quick and easy. It’s a great hearty meal that can fill you up and also warm you up on these cold winter days. It will be on the table in 20 minutes. The chili is packed with veggies so you do not have to feel guilty eating this. I’ve designed the recipe to feed four but you might have some left-over for a lunch. It all depends on your eaters.
The chili is gluten free, 21 day approved, dairy free (unless you add sour cream and/or cheese on top) and can be veterinarian/vegan. My goal for all of these recipes is to make them customize-able to you and your families needs. If you every have any questions about any recipes please email me. I will respond, I promise!
This recipe is so simple you will be able to add it to your regular rotation. You can leaving the chili plain, add corn chips, tortilla chip, or even cornbread. If you love it spicy, add jalapenos over the top (I have a little one that doesn’t like it too spicy). Another option is to add cheese and sour cream. The choices are yours!
You’ll also have the added benefit of making this yourself. You will be saving money and time. Think about the time it takes to get everyone into the car and drive to a restaurant, then be seated, wait to order, and finally receive your food. In that time you would have made dinner, eaten it, and cleaned up!
Can you believe this only takes 20 minutes? With a little bit of planning you can have this on the table in 20 minutes!
