How to Make a DIY Fall Centerpiece
You can make a rustic wood box by using any old wood that is there at home. Cut the wood pieces and join them to create a box. To give a rustic feel, sanding of the wood is important.
Cut the Styrofoam in such a way that it fits exactly inside the box. If the Styrofoam that you are using is thin, then you can make two layers of it inside the wooden box.
Attach the first layer of the Styrofoam to the bottom of the rustic wooden box using a hot glue gun. If the Styrofoam is not thick enough, you can stick a second layer with the help of the hot glue gun. The second layer should be stuck on the first layer.
Now stick the vase holder to the Styrofoam using a hot glue gun.
Once all the vase holders are attached to the Styrofoam, you can slit the hydrangea with the help of floral snips into small stems. Put the hot glue on the stems using a hot glue gun and place them on the Styrofoam. Surround the vase holders with hydrangeas.
Place the tiny vases into the holders. You can place pussy willows inside the tiny vases. Trim the stems before you place them inside the vase.
